WEALTHIE TJENDRA 5 A* – Highest Grade in 5 Subjects

Before joining Jakarta Academics, Wealthie faced challenges continuing her studies abroad. Her parents enrolled her at JA, where she found the support she needed. With dedication and hard work, she excelled across five IGCSE subjects. Wealthie achieved the highest grade, A, in English, Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

MUFTITAMA IVANDAR HAKIM A* in Business Studies, A in Mathematics

After years abroad, Ivandar returned to Indonesia mid-academic year and faced delays in schooling. Jakarta Academics provided the flexibility he needed to continue without interruption. GABRIEL DARYL JORDI NUGROHO 3rd Place Winner in Haiku Poetry Writing

In February 2021, Jordi joined a poetry competition, along with our other students, organized by Singapore International School PIK and Periplus Books. Competing among hundreds of students across Indonesia, he was tasked with writing a Haiku poem. His talent and dedication earned him 3rd runner-up, receiving a trophy and certificate. “This marks Jordi’s first competition win,” his mother proudly shared.

Before joining Jakarta Academics, Wealthie had completed her primary education, reaching Grade 6, at a prestigious school in Jakarta. During this period, her parents were planning to relocate her to the UK to join her elder sisters. However, due to age-related constraints, she encountered difficulties in obtaining a student visa, leading to an extended hiatus from formal education. Thankfully, Wealthie's parents discovered Jakarta Academics and promptly enrolled her in our institution. She had consistently demonstrated strong academic performance and a diligent work ethic. With the support of our tailored learning approach, she excelled in all five of her IGCSE subjects – English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, achieving the highest possible grade, A

Giovanno Farrell, emerged as a star student during his time at Jakarta Academics (JA). In the summer of 2022, his hard work and dedication bore fruit when he achieved a remarkable result of 4 A* grades and 1 A in the IGCSE examination. Giovanno's outstanding performance not only demonstrated his academic prowess but also exemplified the high standards of education at JA. Armed with his exceptional grades, Giovanno embarked on his next adventure, pursuing his college education in the United States. His journey from JA to a prestigious institution in the U.S. is a testament to his commitment to learning. A Shining Star with 4 A*s and 1 A

In February 2021, Jordi participated in a poetry competition, along with our other students, organised by Singapore International School, PIK, in collaboration with Periplus Books Indonesia. The competition witnessed the enthusiastic participation of hundreds of students from all over Indonesia. At this level of the competition, students were tasked with creating their own poems based on given themes. Jordi's challenge was to craft a Haiku poem, a traditional Japanese short form of poetry. His remarkable talent and dedication earned him the 3rd runner-up position, resulting in well-deserved recognition in the form of trophies and certification. "This victory marks Jordi's first competition win," his mother proudly shared. We are delighted to celebrate his outstanding efforts and achievement.
